Software RIP for Textile printing has been specifically developed to fulfill the textile printing requirements. It has all the RIP functionality plus the required tools for the textile printing. Unlimited Printing Repetitions
When you create repetitions with other programs, huge files are created, and as a result, large amounts of processing time are required. The RIP TX has advanced repetition algorithms to eliminate seams while RIPing only a very small design. The RIP TX has special features to place the designs to match perfectly, and also to specify the length, either in inches or without limit.
Color Palette Generator
The RIP TX makes the job of selecting color very easy due to its tool for automatic generation of color palettes. Just simply define the color range y sample number, print it to the fabric and complete the finished process. To enter the exact color, enter the CMYK value directly into the software TX or in its original design program.
Multi-Channel Mode
- Double black: If you need to print double density of some specific color, it becomes as easy as setting the configuration in the channel selection option, and the software TX will simultaneous send the information of the selected color to the two same color channels. - Light Colors: The use of the light colors has different characteristics than the plain colors. The multi-channel selection feature allows you to determine where the light colors are found and how they should perform with respect to the base color. - Color arrangement: Due to the total flexibility of the multi-channel mode, it is possible to define the arrangement order of the printed colors. It is also possible to deactivate channels because of printer head problems and you will be able to interchange those printer heads.
Special Color Management
The RIP TX allows you to directly assign any design color to a special color or to any color combination. It is easy to directly select the desired color on the design, and it is also very easy to determine which percentage of color or color combination you want to use in order to reproduce the color chosen. It is also possible to assign DCS channels to each printer color channel. When working with 6 or 8 color printers, it is possible to install the special colors in addition to the usual CMYK, such as fluorescent colors or spot colors (blue, violet, orange, red, white, etc.)
Automatic Numbering
This assistant utility allows you to save a lot of time when preparing the original designs with numbering (competitor’s numbers for instance). With the software TX you only have to have one original and the program will take care of printing copies with the successive numbers by automatically modifying each print unit.
Real Cost Calculation
This utility is a must when analyzing the print real costs. It becomes very difficult to know the real consumption of each job as it may substantially vary among different originals. The RIP TX has at your disposal a utility to calculate the real ink printing cost per each head and it generates a subsequent report. This cost analysis can be performed prior to the print job.
Angled Screens
There are sometimes situations in which you have to perform digital print jobs simulating the result of a screen printing job by using conventional screens. The RIP TX allows printing while also using ordered screens simulating this operation.
